Our products are covered by 1-year warranty and it begins on your purchase date. This warranty covers for all the purchased that had been done through retail stores, distributors and also in our official store. Please keep the proof of purchase whether as in receipt form or as in order confirmation email. Do note, if you received the product as a gift, you may still need the proof of purchase in order to get the product covered for 1-year warranty.
Please take note, if you purchase product during promotion campaign, those products will be covered for 30 days warranty only. Our warranty covers all parts failures and factory defects, but does not cover accidental user damage water spills, drops or physical breakage due to an accident, or normal day to day wear and tear. Meanwhile, the battery coverage for our products are only valid for 6 months.
If you found the product is faulty, please ship it back to us for diagnostic test and we will rectify the issue of the product. Please do inform us at [email protected] before you proceed with any returns and do get a support ticket number from us. Uninformed return parcels will not be entertained.
