Childhood is full of little moments that can lead somewhere bigger: discovering something new and wanting to know more, having an idea but not yet having the skills to fully bring it to life, or taking another small step toward doing things independently.
With “The Magic Begins,” myFirst is taking those everyday moments as the starting point for its newest products. The lineup is led by Insta magiCam, a thermal-print camera that helps children discover, ask, create and print; Insta magiBox, a voice-to-story creative printer that turns spoken ideas into printable images and stories; and CareSip, a fingerprint-lock water bottle designed to support growing independence with everyday protection.

Insta magiCam: When “What’s that?” can become a whole new adventure
Children are naturally curious about everything they see, and endlessly imaginative about what it could become. Insta magiCam is a thermal-print camera that brings discovery and creativity together: kids can capture something with its dual cameras, discover more about what they have photographed, create something new from a spoken idea, and print the result to keep.
It starts with something a child sees and wants to know more about. After taking a photo, Snap and Discover helps them identify and explore what they’ve captured. Children can discover the subject through different perspectives, from simple explanations and science to storytelling, poetry and playful humour, then use Snap and Ask to ask follow-up questions and keep exploring. What begins with a simple “What’s that?” can lead to a much bigger journey of discovery.
That curiosity can also become creativity. With Magic Styles, children can reimagine the photos they capture, while Voice-to-Image turns a spoken idea into something new. Built-in thermal printing brings favourite photos, discoveries and creations off the screen, giving children something they can hold, colour, decorate and share.

Insta magiBox: When a big imagination needs a little help bringing the story to life
Every parent has heard the beginning of a wonderfully strange story that never quite makes it past the first sentence. Children can have vivid characters, worlds and adventures in their heads long before they have the writing or drawing skills to fully express them.
Insta magiBox helps make those big imaginations visible. Children can speak an idea and use Voice-to-Image to turn it into an illustration across different art styles, or use Voice-to-Story to develop it into a connected four-scene illustrated story. What starts in a child’s imagination can now take shape in front of them.
The experience does not end on the screen. With ink-free thermal printing, children can turn what they create into something they can hold, colour, decorate and share. What starts as a spoken idea can continue through drawing, retelling, displaying or proudly handing the finished creation to someone else.
CareSip: When growing independence still needs everyday protection
As children start doing more things on their own, parents cannot be there for every little moment. CareSip adds an extra layer of protection to something children use every day, helping keep their bottle personal and adding a safeguard when a drink may be too hot, while still letting children manage it themselves.
That protection starts with access. CareSip’s fingerprint-controlled lock recognises approved users and secures the entire lid, helping prevent someone else from opening the bottle while giving children simple access with just a touch. There is no key to lose or password to remember, and parents can register up to 20 approved fingerprints.
It also adds a safeguard for something children may not always recognise themselves: when a drink in the bottle is still too hot. When a drink reaches 56°C/133°F or above, CareSip can remain locked even for a registered fingerprint until a parent approves access. Parents can also manage access through the myFirst Circle app, keeping the protection in their hands without taking the bottle out of the child’s.
Expanding the myFirst experience for every stage of childhood
The launch also expands the wider myFirst portfolio, giving families more ways to introduce technology through experiences designed around different stages of childhood.
Fone M2 is a streamlined 4G smartwatch built around the essentials of a child’s first connected experience. With parent-approved communication, location, SOS and Class Mode, it gives families a simpler starting point before moving into more advanced connected experiences.
Watch F1 helps kids become more aware of how they move, rest and stay active throughout the day. Focused on wellbeing rather than communication, the smartwatch tracks activity, heart rate and sleep, while giving parents a view of health and sleep trends through the app. Lightweight enough for comfortable all-day wear, with long battery life to keep up with busy days and IP68 water resistance for everyday splashes, Watch F1 lets kids simply wear it and get on with being kids, with fewer interruptions to charge it or take it off.
Camera Play and Camera Play Plus give younger children a digital space of their own to capture, create and play without opening the door to the wider internet. Built around an ad-free, enclosed experience, they bring photography, Full HD video, music, stories, drawing and play together in kid-friendly devices.
ViewTalkie brings a face-to-face twist to the classic walkie-talkie. Built for kids to communicate directly during nearby play, it adds video to the familiar walkie-talkie experience, letting friends see and talk to each other without needing a smartphone of their own.

The common thread across “The Magic Begins” is not simply adding more technology to children’s lives. It is starting with how children naturally discover, create and grow, then asking where technology can genuinely support those experiences.
