How do these watches protect my kid from strangers?
Every watch operates on our secure myFirst Circle ecosystem. Only white-listed contacts approved by you in the parent app can call or message the watch. Our service is 4G data-only, and all calls are delivered through the myFirst Circle App, and not a phone’s dialer, keeping your child’s communication restricted to family and trusted friends.
Can my child use this smartwatch during school hours without distraction?
Yes. Every device includes a dedicated Class Mode controlled entirely by the parent app. When activated, the watch face locks to display only the time, and all notifications or calls are silenced so your child can focus on learning. Emergency SOS calling remains active at all times.
What is the difference between the eSIM and Nano SIM models?
Models featuring an eSIM (like the R2 and S4) allow you to activate cellular data digitally right out of the box through our Stay Connected data plans, without handling a physical card. Nano SIM models use a traditional physical card slot, allowing you to choose your own local carrier network. But, ours is awesome and we’ll send you a Nano SIM, no prob.
