Already have a myFirst Fone and still want to join our subscription? No problem. Just bring along your myFirst Fone. This is how.
The whole sign up process will take about 15-30 minutes.
Bring over your myFirst Fone to our service centre and let our staff know that you are interested to sign up for BYOF plan.
Our staff will guide you to subscribe the BYOF plan from our official website

Click on the "Subscribe" button to get started.
Fill in your personal and credit card details on the page and proceed to make the payment. The fee includes a deposit of $50 and first month's subscription fee of $10 (GST not included).
Upon completion of payment, you will be redirected to SingPass login page. Log in with your SingPass ID and sign the one year BYOF plan's agreement.
Once completed the steps above, our staff will assist on upgrading of your myFirst Fone and install the watch SIM card. The SIM card will be ready to use on the spot.
SIM card cannot be installed on another watch/device beside myFirst Fone, otherwise the SIM card will be locked and unlocking fee would be $45.
